Exciting Changes for the ARA!

On October 3rd, the ARA hosted the 2019-2020 AGM.

We'd like to thank all of the members who could attend and provide us with feedback and ideas for the upcoming season!

During this meeting, the ARA announced the results of 3 board positions that were up for nominations. This included the Casino/Grant Director, Marketing/Promotion Director, and the President position.

At this meeting, we welcomed Robert George to the team as the new Casino/Grant Director. In addition, Erin Geeraert will remain as the Marketing/Promotion Director.

The ARA was also excited to announce Mitch Brayley will be taking over as the Association's President! Mitch has been actively involved in Racquetball since his days competing as a junior. He was most recently the Grants & Casino Director on the Board and also brought the Canadian Junior Racquetball Championships to Calgary in 2018. We are looking forward to seeing what he will bring to the position!

The President position's opening comes as Jeff Buller will be moving to the national level as the Vice President of Racquetball Canada. As sad as we are to see him go, we are incredibly thankful for all his hard work over the last few years. We wish him the absolute best in his new endeavors at the national level!
